How do you return your order?
You send it yourself at your own expense with a postal company of your choice. Send your package to the postal address below Do not forget to keep the receipt with track & trace until we have processed your return. When returning your product (s), do not forget to add a note with the order number for quick processing of your return.

Make sure that the products are well and securely packaged, as you received them. If an item arrives with us damaged or broken because it has not been returned with the same packaging and shipping materials, we cannot refund any money.

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com
If after receipt of your order there appears to be damage to one or more of the products, report this within 24 hours of receiving your order. We would like to receive photos of the damage so that we can deal with it faster. We can then look for a suitable solution.
If you want to change something about your placed order, please contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org. Your package may not have been sent yet and we can still make the change. If your package has already been sent, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
